My (un)Exciting Weekend

Yesterday there was a hurling match on, Ballyduff (where I'm from) vs. Lixnaw. I did not go for the sport, I went because my friends were going and I like people. Ballyduff won, Lixnaw suck, and I gloated at school. And on Saturday night I taught my self to play the guitar (well, mandolin, but the skills are transferable).

In other news, my perpetually absent friend has taken a week off school, NOT because of headaches (which made him take a FORTNIGHT off earlier), but because he is going to a birthday IN AMERICA.

Shower > Church

After today's run-in with Mother about going to church (I didn't) I have decided to make a list of HOW staying at home, in the shower is a better idea then going to church.

• Showers are warm.
• You can be naked in the shower.
• Showers last as long as you want them to.
• No wars have been started over showers.
• A shower is a room of water. Water has been proved to exist.
• There is no danger of missing a shower, ergo one does not feel rushed before taking a shower.
• Everyone believes in showers.
• You can choose what you sing in the shower.
• There is no very little danger of being raped in the shower.
• Showers don't discriminate, everyone is allowed to shower.
• Showers are not awkward unless someone is watching.
• Showers don't make a claim on every single holiday.
• You stay in the one position in a shower, not messing around with up-down-stand-sit-kneel-hokey-pokey.

O hai I'm sick :(

Well I has Illness today, so The Internet is my only pallie. While cruising the webz, I decided to start a BLOG, because in the words of Le Short Companion, I am "Cool with words". I might get bored after a while, depending on how many peepz love this, but I'm here now, so LIKE IT. Posts will probably get longer when stuff happens, but for now BAI.
